Lee Ann Kim Needs to Secure That Computer Monitor!

The Songs are bright and accomplished people.  So why aren’t they more prepared for earthquakes?

In Ron’s work as a fireman, he has seen what happens when people do not prepare.   So he just has to ask Lee Ann and Louis:  why are they totally unprepared?

Louis doesn’t really think about it much, since they seem to happen all the time and nothing bad has happened yet.  Lee Ann feels like they are so busy and they just don’t have time.

So Ron’s work is cut out for him.  He wants the Songs to be prepared, but how to get them there?

He decides to show them just how easy it is to do one simple thing to prepare:  he will help them secure their computer monitor, so that it is not destroyed in an earthquake.  In just 5 minutes, he and Lee Ann completely secure her computer monitor.

With Ron’s help, The Songs are finally on their way to getting prepared. Once they secure the “Mirror of Death”, their home and its contents will survive intact.  When they have recovered from earthquake shaking, they will be able to shelter comfortably in their home.

That is something Ron wants for every California family.
